Progression: 10 pushups, 10 squat jumps, 20 Mountain Climbers, 10 Leg Lifts

10 jump squats
10 jump squats
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Leg Lifts
10 Leg Lifts
Repeat for 20 minutes.
Make sure you push yourself hard. You should be breathing hard and it should be tough.
