Equipment: You
Intensity: As hard as you can go
Progression: 100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 crunches x 2

100 pushups
100 squats
100 crunches

Run through once then repeat as fast as you can.

Make sure you push yourself hard. You should be breathing hard and it should be tough.
