Duration: 20 min
Equipment: You
Intensity: As hard as you can go
Progression: 20 squat jacks, 20 high knees, 20 knee-ins, 20 crunches

20 Squat Jacks (jumping jack with bent knees)
20 High Knee (run with high knees)
20 Knee-ins (in pushup position a slow mountain climber)
20 Crunches

Run through as fast as you can.

Make sure you push yourself hard. You should be breathing hard and it should be tough.
