Duration: until done
Equipment: You
Intensity: As hard as you can go
Progression: 100 pushups + runs, 100 squats + runs, 100 crunches + runs

100 pushups + run stairs 10 times
100 squats + run stairs 10 times
100 crunches + run stairs 10 times

Run through as fast as you can.

Make sure you push yourself hard. You should be breathing hard and it should be tough.
