Progression: Jump squats, Jump pushups, High knee run, Side to side hops
10 Jump Squats
10 Jump Pushups (Pop off the floor with your hands each time)
20 High Knee run
20 Side to side hops (Hop back and forth, feet together)
Run through as fast as you can.
