Leg Blaster

Duration: 20 min
Equipment: You
Intensity: As hard as you can go
Progression:  High Knee Run, Step Lunges, Toe Hops, Squat Hold

High Knee Run 50 reps
Step Lunges 25 reps per leg
Toe Hops 50 reps
Squat Hold 30 Sec

Run through as fast as you can.

Make sure you push yourself hard. You should be breathing hard and it should be tough.
